This is the Giant Internet IC Masturbator on
the World Wide Web

The Giant Internet IC Masturbator (or GIICM for short) was created by
Frank A. Vorstenbosch
(falstaff@falstaff.demon.co.uk)
after such a thing was discussed on sci.electronics. The name is due
to (Steve Walz), and any suggestions
on changing it will be forwarded to /dev/null.
Note that Filip the Vowel Challenged has had another version of the
Giant Internet IC Masturbator
on the WWW for some time now (on http://www.repairfaq.org/filipg/LINK/GIICM/F_GIICM.html).
This is the first version produced by me, and it is also organized different
from Filip's.
