Primal Rage II

This is another unreleased Atari prototype game. This game was built from pieces over a three year period. I aquired the boardset from a garage sale at an Ex-Atari employee's home. I found the maquee via another Ex-Employee and finally the sideart from a third Ex-Employee. The cabinet is a standard Midway cabinet. The sideart is actually pre-production proofs printed on a large format printer. They are much thicker than normal sideart and they are very glossy. The control panel overlay is from a PR I. Below you will find a picture of my game at the California Extreme 2001 show. It was not ready to play at the show, since I did not have time to wire up the kick harness. I also have replaced the joysticks pictured with purple Ultimate Joysticks from Happ Controls.
