Yes, that's right.
Do a little digging in the manual and you find the info in the schematic and
board layout picture.
There are two connectors on the board. The 6 pin connector is your RGB and
POSITIVE SYNC connector and the other connector (J1 thru J3) is a connection
for NEGATIVE SYNC.

The 6 pin connections are (from right to left) E1 thru E6

E1---Red
E2---Green
E3---Blue
E4---Ground (connect RGB grounds here)
E5---Pos. V sync
E6---Pos. H sync

J1---Ground
J2---Neg. V sync
J3---Neg. H sync
