Welcome to the spare parts area. This page is all about finding those custom and special ICs used in arcade circuit boards, in other, everyday things you can find in secondhand shops, flea markets, boots sales etc. I will only post details up here as I actually find them. ACORN HOME COMPUTERS

Acorn Atom	PCB	Useful parts
		**All chips socketed in this PCB - some boards have some chips soldered 1 x 6502 CPU @ 1MHz 1 x 6522 VIA 1 x 8255 PIA 1 x 6847P Video 24 x 2114 RAM
I'm not condoning the "destruction" of an Acorn Atom for spares, as they are *VERY* rare - however, you must toss up between what you can obtain one of these for from a collector, and the value of the 24 x 2114 RAM ICs (amongst others) that a fully populated PCB contains.

		1 x 68000 8MHz 1 x Z80A 4MHz 1 x Yamaha YM2612     ---- ALL PARTS SOLDERED 1 x D4168 RAM 2 x TC51832 RAM ....plus other surface mount ICs used on MegaTech board

Megadrive - Mk 2	PCB	Useful parts
		1 x 68000 8MHz - Surface mount PLCC 1 x Z80A 4MHz - Surface mount PLCC ...nothing else I can see of use - stick to the Mk 1.
