Space Odyssey is based on the G80 hardware that is used in many other early Gremlin/Sega games, it might be possible that (in part at least) the pinouts described here correspond to other games. The cabinet wiring diagram isn't too clear as to what each pin is precisely, it just runs off to the various components in the cabinet. I have added my comments in () brackets as to what i think they are :) The audio looks like it is amplified seperatley on the Linear power supply board, so you'll have to bear that in mind when hooking it up.
