I did not give you enough info on the first post though. I have a Commodore Amiga 1942 monitor which has the pinouts found on the bottom of this message (found them on the great Amiga-Hardware page on http://www.amiga-hardware.com/1940.html). The various 1084 models are covered on http://www.amiga-hardware.com/1084.html). As you also can read on the 1942 page mentioned above, the input connector is a permanent HDD15 (looks much like a standard PC VGA connectors). I do not want to cut the orginal monitorcable on my monitor (integrated as it is). Any hints on a good method of getting this stuff together? If I bought an extensioncable for the monitorcable and cut that - then soldered it to JAMMA-connector ..... would that work? Am I (as often ;-) missing something obviously easy here, and want to go trough more monitortrouble than I have too? :-) Any other methods to hook it up? Hope to hear your suggestions.
