Run a strap from the anodes of both diodes ( the side going to
fingers C&3, D&4 ) to the small wire loop just above and to the
right. ( about 1/2" from the heatsink just below R52 ).Connect the 
+5 to 3,4,C,D and +12 to 19,20,W,X. That's all that is needed, the
12V will take care of itself.
